PVC: Polyvinyl chloride (commonly known as polyvinyl chloride, PVC Sheet, and Andy board) is a polymer compound formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer.

Colors: Transparent, smoky, milky white, gray, etc.
High temperature resistance: 60℃-80℃, not easily spontaneously combustible, does not support combustion, and is self-extinguishing. Once ignited, it burns quickly and is difficult to extinguish; it releases a large amount of black smoke and toxic gases with a pungent acidic odor when burning.
Melting point: No fixed melting point, softens from 80℃~85℃
Disadvantages:
1. Poor thermal stability: Easily deformed in high-temperature environments, the surface yellows, becomes brittle, and its service life is affected.
2. High storage costs: Requires a certain temperature for storage (below 20℃).
3. Low tensile strength: Easily subjected to external tensile forces, affecting its service life.
4. Insufficient performance stability: Prone to deformation and aging over time, resulting in a shorter lifespan; it generally shows signs of wear after 3-5 years, and is also environmentally unfriendly.
5. Safety Issues: When exposed to ultraviolet light, harmful substances may be released.

Advantages of PVC Foam Board:
1. Waterproof, moisture-proof, non-absorbent, flame-retardant, acid and alkali resistant, insect-proof, lightweight, heat-insulating, sound-absorbing, and shock-absorbing properties.
2. Can be processed like wood, including drilling, sawing, nailing, planing, and gluing, with significantly better processing performance.
3. An ideal substitute for wood, aluminum, and composite boards.
4. The surface of the foam board is very smooth, with high hardness, and not easily scratched, making it commonly used in the manufacture of cabinets and furniture.
5. PVC foam board is flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, and safe to use.
6. PVC foam board is lightweight, easy to store, transport, and install, and can be processed using ordinary woodworking tools.
7. PVC foam board is suitable for thermoforming, bending, and folding.
8. PVC foam board can be welded according to general welding procedures and can also be bonded to other PVC materials.
9. PVC foam boards have a smooth surface, making them easy to print on.
10. PVC foam sheets have advantages such as chemical corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and flame retardancy.
Applications:
Advertising Decoration: PVC foam boards can be used in advertising decoration fields such as inkjet printing, display boards, screen printing, computer lettering, signs, and light boxes.
Architectural Decoration: In the architectural decoration field, PVC foam boards can be used as interior and exterior decorative panels, commercial decorative racks, room partitions, ceiling panels, cabinets, and bathroom cabinets.
Transportation: PVC foam boards are suitable for the roofs, core layers, and interior decoration panels of transportation vehicles such as ships, airplanes, buses, and train carriages.
Chemical Corrosion Protection: Due to its corrosion resistance, PVC foam boards are widely used in chemical corrosion protection projects, such as linings for sulfuric acid (hydrochloric acid) tanks (barrels).
Packaging Industry: PVC foam boards can be used to make packaging materials, such as packaging for electronic instruments.
Other Applications: PVC foam boards can also be used to make advertising engravings, mounting boards, screen printing, and engraving. It is also used as an insulating layer, interior material for trains and automobiles, and as an auxiliary material.
